- The State of Cameroon, beneficiary of the Credit, is represented by the Ministry of the Economy, Planning and Regional Development, MINEPAT. It ensures general supervision.
- The Autonomous Sinking Fund, CAA, manages the designated account and submits requests for withdrawal of funds to the International Development Association (IDA) in favour of the Project. The CAA then ensures that request for the withdrawal of funds submitted to IDA are in accordance with the agreements reached during the negotiations;
- The beneficiary carries out the Project through the Ministry of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal industries, MINEPIA, for a period of six (06) years;
- The Project Steering Committee, COPIL, put under the responsibility of the Minister of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal industries, is the strategic and political steering body of the Project.
