develop the final cross breeding programme with exotic breeds with proven dairy potential and capacity to adapt to the south Saharan environment with a view to reducing the current deficit in dairy products within the shortest time;
import two nuclei of exotic breeding stock with milk potential and proven capacity to adapt to the south Saharan environment to be stocked in Wakwa and Louguere in order to provide the beneficiaries of the Project with pure-bred subjects with high potential;
carry out within the Louguere stations the selection programme for local cattle breeds (Djafoun and Akou breeds) developed as part of the Dairy Sector Development Programme, reviewed as part of PAPA/ADFL;
support the establishment of the Dogba station for Arab choa cattle;
to develop any other assets from the targeted breeding stations.
